Aluminum Square Tubing
Aluminum Square Tubing Supplier
Aluminum Square Tube is often used in the aerospace and aviation industries because of its strength, weldability, and simplicity of machining. Most types of welding and furnace brazing can be used to join aluminumtubes. Copper, manganese, zinc, magnesium, silicon, and other elements are typically used to create alloys with aluminum.Aluminum Square Tubedevelops a passivating layer on its surface when exposed to corrosive conditions, which aids in preventing further corrosion on its internal structure. Silvery-white, supple, and ductile describe aluminum pipe and tubing.
In keeping with our theme of customer satisfaction, we are offering to our client’s unique range of Aluminum Square Tube in order to meet their demands. This Aluminum Tube has smooth texture and uniform surface area. It is acknowledged for its high durability and best protection from abrasion and other unsuitable factors. Last but not the least, we are offering Aluminum Tube at reasonable price. We are leading supplier of Aluminum Square Tube in Eastern India based in Kolkata.
Aluminum square Tubing 6061
The 6061 aluminum square tube is an alloy that is made up of silicon and magnesium. It is highly corrosion resistant – the highest in the heat treated aluminum category. This part has great weldability, with the ability to be welded using any standard method. It can also have cold working done easily when in the annealed state. Annealing this metal should be done at 775 degrees F for between two and three hours, followed by a drop in temperature every hour by 50 degrees F, until 500 degrees F is reached.
6061 alloys can be cold worked using conventional methods, which allow you to tap, deep draw, stamp, drill, cut or bend this metal. The applications this alloy can be used for include base plates, valve parts, machine parts, brackets, heavy duty structures and marine fittings. Many different industries use 6061 aluminum products.
Aluminum square Tubing 6063
6063 aluminum is the most popular alloy for extrusion and so it is a natural consideration. This alloy is widely used in architectural applications. Because of this, it is often referred to as architectural aluminum.
It is a medium strength alloy, which is used for applications such as railing, window frames, door frames, roofs, balustrading, sign frames, shop fittings, irrigation tubing, building products, electrical, marine, piping, recreation equipment, storage tanks, truck frames & trailers.
This alloy features medium strength, with good corrosion resistance, weldability, and workability. It also is fairly machinable. 6061 and 6063 are the two most popular extrusion alloys. 6063 aluminum occupies the number one spot and 6061 occupies spot number two. As alloys in the 6000 series, they both have magnesium and silicon as their primary alloying elements.
